RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return.

Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase may be required.

UNDERWEAR AND HYGIENE PRODUCTS

For health and hygiene reasons, underwear or other sealed hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned after their hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened or removed where the law permits this exception.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, defective, or not as described.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact VictorSecretshelp@outlook.com as soon as possible so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

CANCELLATIONS

Where UK or EU consumer cancellation rights apply, you may have the right to cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Exceptions provided by law, including certain unsealed hygiene-sensitive goods, may apply.

REFUNDS

Once an eligible return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Banks and card providers may require additional time to process the refund.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Before returning an item, email VictorSecretshelp@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will provide return instructions. Please do not send products back without first contacting us.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
